Meet the Doctors

Dr. Moynihan received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine with induction into the Omikron Kappa Upsilon National Honor Dental Society (awarded to those graduating in the top 10% of the class), Lambda Mu chapter, and also graduated magna cum laude. He then received his Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics from Boston University and is board eligible.  He also has his degree in Economics from Boston University and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.  Dr. Moynihan has over 20 years of experience in providing treatment with conventional metal braces, clear braces, and is a Preferred Invisalign provider for those who qualify.  Currently, Dr. Moynihan is a clinical assistant professor in orthodontics at Franciscan Children's Hospital and Boston University.

Dr. Nayebi earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree with honors from Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine where he was awarded a merit scholarship for his academic excellence. During his time at Boston University, he was one of four students chosen to represent Boston University on a clinical excursion to India, where he gained additional exposure to surgical techniques and trauma management. He has long demonstrated a passion for community outreach and spent two years providing oral health care and education to children of Boston Public Schools.  Dr. Nayebi has completed additional post-graduate coursework in implant placement, root canal treatment and is also certified in Botox and dermal fillers.

Dr. Moynihan earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine with induction into the Omikron Kappa Upsilon National Honor Dental Society (awarded to those graduating in the top 10% of the class), Lambda Mu chapter, and also graduated magna cum laude.  While at Boston University, Dr. Moynihan conducted orthodontic research for three years and has presented his research at many national conferences including Boston, MA, Charlotte, NC, and San Antonio, TX.  He has also won many awards for his research including the ADA/Dentsply award and First Prize in the 2014 Boston University research conference, and also the Quintessence Award in 2015.   He continued his education at Boston University to specialize and earn a Masters of Science in Dentistry and Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics.  Dr. Moynihan is currently  board eligible.

Daisy May is our official mascot and emotional support pup.  She is a 3 year old mini Australian Shepherd.  Daisy loves to come to the office to say hi to all of our patients and help calm those who might be little nervous before their appointments.  Daisy never fails to brighten up anyone's day!  In her spare time she enjoys running around on the beach, eating pupperonis, finding sticks to carry, and chewing on her toys.  Come say hi to Daisy next time you are in the office, she can't wait to meet you!
